摘　　要：以经管类应用型高级人才培养目标为依据,紧紧围绕江苏技术师范学院商学院实验教学体系构建,提出了经济与管理学科实验教学定位以及实验教学体系建设的原则和意义,重点对如何构建"5322"螺旋递阶式实践教学内容体系、加强实验室软硬件建设、推进实验教学改革和评价、优化实验师资队伍、注重实践教学与科学研究相结合等几个方面进行了深入的研究。Based on the training target of advanced applied talents for economics and management discipline, closely around the construction of experimental teaching system in Business School of Jiangsu Teachers Univer- sity of Technology, this paper puts forward the experimental teaching orientation of the economics and man- agement discipline, the construction principle and significance of experimental teaching system, focusing on how to construct the ＂5322＂ spiral hierarchical type practice teaching content system, strengthen the software and hardware construction for laboratories, promote the reform of the experimental teaching evaluation, optimize experimental teaching team, and pay attention to the practice teaching and scientific research of combination of several aspects of further research.
