摘　　要：高等学校装修改造实验室是教学科研工作的实际需求。大规模装修实验室是在特定的历史环境下对学科发展、培养人才、改善教学科研环境和改善教师工作环境有着重大作用。该文从实验室装修的组织机构、规章制度、监督检查、提高工作效率、工程验收等几个方面进行了积极的探索与思考。The laboratory renovation is an important actual required work for teaching and research in colleges and universities, as well as for talents training. Under specific historical circumstances, large-scale laboratory renovation plays an important role on improving the teaching and research environment and increasing teachers＇ enthusiasm. This paper discusses targets from different aspects, including organization structure, regulations, supervision and inspection, efficiency and project acceptance.
