大时代中小人物的群像展览——简论《宝砚庄》的人物塑造艺术

摘　　要：《宝砚庄》塑造了大时代中善良、热情、坚韧的砚乡小人物群像,有勤劳淳朴、护卫砚乡文化的普通乡民,有德艺双馨的制砚工,有独立自强的自梳女,有漂泊辛劳的昼家人,等等。该作多方位地展示出上世纪五六十年代砚乡人多样、平凡的生活形态,具有鲜明的时代特色与地方文化内涵。Law of the Application of Law for China is formally effective from lth April this year. Foreign-related Civil Relations ot tlae t＇eople＇s Kepuonc oI As the new law doesn＇t provide application of law for real right of ship,we have to sumit to the Maritime Law to determine the applicable law thereof.The provision of Maritime Law is old-fashioned that it can not give good guides to the issue any longer. This article combines the doctrine of the most significant with judicial practice of our country ,trying to give some humble advice to application of law about proprietary right, lien and sequence of real right of pledge.
