摘  要:TGF-β信号通路在肿瘤形成早期发挥抑制作用,但随着肿瘤进展其作用转换为促进肿瘤进展,目前其具体机制尚不清楚。本文对TGF-β信号通路与胶质细胞瘤增殖、迁移、侵袭、肿瘤免疫抑制及胶质瘤干细胞的关系作一综述。Initially,transforming growth factor β(TGF-beta) acts as a growth inhibitory factor at the early stages of tumor development,but after stages of progress,tumor masses develop mechanisms to evade the growth-regulatory effects of TGF-beta,resulting in extensive tumor invasiveness,increased metastatic potential and inhibition of surrounding immune responses.Although TGF-beta signal pathway has been extensively studied,the molecular mechanisms that trigger tumor cells to "switch" from TGF-beta-inhibition to TGF-beta-promotion are still not completely understood.This review summarized the current molecular mechanisms involved in the tumor suppression,tumor progression,tumor invasion and tumor immunity characteristics of TGF-beta in glioma.
