摘  要:介绍了阴极电泳(CED)涂装30年的发展及现状,当今环保、节能减排法规要求CED涂装更环保,要求CED涂装工艺及设备设计更精益化。笔者从CED工艺、设备设计的基本功、纠正认识上的误区、节能减排、降成本、新技术等方面阐明见解和实现精益化设计的建议。30 years development and present situation of the cathodic electrophoretic coating (CED) were introduced. According to the environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction regulations, CED coating is more environmental protection coating and equipment required CED design more lean change. The design ideas were expounded and suggestions for realizing optimization design were given from the CED technology, basic skills of equipment design, correct misunderstanding in energy saving and emission reduction, cost reduction, new technology.
