摘　　要：针对眼镜用铅锌白铜铸锭的缺陷多而复杂问题 ,就几种典型———中间裂纹、夹渣、气孔等的形成及原因进行了深入的讨论 ,分析各种缺陷产生的原因 ,提出了解决方法 ,对铅锌白铜的生产 ,具有较好的指导作用。The formation and its reason for some typical complicated defects,such as cracks,slag inclusions and gas cavity,existing in Pb-Zn-Ni casting alloy used for manufacturing glasses are lucubrated.The reasons for various defects are analyzed and the countermeasures are suggested,which will direct the production of Pb-Zn-Ni alloy.
