摘　　要：目的:了解医学院校教学管理专家对教学管理模式转变的看法,为综合性医学院校教学管理模式转变提供依据和参考。方法:采用定性研究方法,自行设计教学模式改进策略调查问卷,对13位教学管理专家进行函询调查。结果:专家提出了二级院系有必要设立教学管理机构,应放权增效;应重视教学管理人员的选聘和发展等建议。Objective： To realize the view of exports on teaching management model transformation in medical college, in order to provide the reference to transform teaching management model. Methods： Self-designed questionnaire was used. 13 exports were investigated with the method of qualitative research. Results ： Experts say it is necessary to establish a secondary school teaching management institutions, which will improve efficiency and decentralization. Importance should be attached to the teaching management personnel＇s hiring and development, etc.
