摘　　要：成材率体现宽厚板厂的工艺技术及装备水平，影响到工厂的经济效益。简要介绍宽厚板厂的生产特点，以高精度轧制技术为重点，论述宽厚板厂获得高成材率所采用的技术，且对拟建的宝钢５ｍ宽厚板轧机获得高成材率提出初步设想。The rolling yield in a wide heavy plate mill reflects the level of its technique and equipment and affect its economic benefit. The paper outlines the production features and describes theadopted techniques for high rolling yield in a plate mill,centering attention on high precision rolling technology. Finally the suggestions on achieving high rolling yield in the planned 5m wide heavy plate mill atBaosteel are put forward.
