衡阳市实现消除碘缺乏病目标市级评估

摘　　要：目的评估衡阳各县（市、区）达到消除碘缺乏病目标情况。方法系统了解各县近三年的防治工作情况,包括组织领导、碘盐管理、监测与防治、健康教育宣传4方面管理指标和居民合格碘盐食用率和8~10岁儿童尿碘水平两项技术指标。现场考评60个乡（镇、办事处）,60所小学,调查学生1 800人,监测居民户盐样3 504份,监测儿童尿碘1 199份。结果各县（区）管理指标的考评总分86.46~95.66分,学生健康教育问卷平均得分4.58分,合格碘盐3 466份,不合格碘盐35份,非碘盐3份,合格碘盐食用率98.92%,尿碘中位数415.70μg/L,尿碘含量低于50μg/L的比例为1.50%。结论经过评估,衡阳市12个县（市、区）均达到了碘缺乏病消除标准。Objective To evaluate the situation of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders（IDD） in each county（city,district） of Hengyang. Methods The overall situation of IDD prevention and treatment in each county in recent three years were investigated,and the surveyed contents included 4 management indexes（organizational leadership,control of iodine salt,monitoring prevention,and health education about IDD） and two technical indicators（the consumption rate of qualified iodine salt at household and urinary iodine level in children aged 8 through 10 years）.On-site investigation was conducted in 60 townships（offices） and 60 elementary schools,and 1,800 students were surveyed.3,504 households were selected for salt collection,and urinary iodine was measured in urine samples collected from 1,199 children. Results The total scores of management indexes assessment in each county（district） were 86.46-95.66 points.The mean score of the students＇ health education questionnaires was 4.58 points.There were 3,466 samples of qualified iodized salt,35 samples of unqualified iodized salt,and 3 samples of non-iodized salt.The consumption rate of qualified iodine salt was 98.92%.The median urinary iodine was 415.70 μg/L.And the ratio of urinary iodine less than 50 μg/L was 1.50%. Conclusions The assessment results suggest that all the indexes of 12 counties（cities,districts） of Hengyang have reached the national standard of eliminating IDD.
