《黑水城出土文书》所见亦集乃路的孤老救济初探

摘　　要：黑水城出土文书中有数件关于孤老救济的文书,对于研究元代养济院制度和相关问题具有重要意义。文书证实了元代针对孤老残疾等的收养制度曾有效地实行,并且在地处西北边陲的亦集乃路也得以贯彻执行。Based on the several documents about the succor of lonely and old people excavated from Khara- Khoto, the present paper thinks that the charitable institution had been effective practiced in Yuan Dynasty, even in the remote district, such as the Edzina Route.
