摘　　要：目的：讲述手术治疗颧弓骨折的体会。方法：回顾研究46例颧弓骨折患者采用局部小切口、微型钢板坚固内固定术式，或单纯局部切开手法复位后的疗效，并对手术及固定方法进行总结分析。结果：两种术式治疗均未出现明显后遗症，均取得满意疗效。结论：颧弓骨折中采用局部小切口、微型钢板坚固内固定术式，或单纯局部切开手法复位手术损伤小、切口小、路径短，恢复快，是一种治疗颧弓骨折的有效方法，且无明显后遗症，既能保持面容外形完美，又能恢复牙咬合与咀嚼功能等障碍，值得推广。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of surgical treatment for zygomatic arch fracture. Methods： Retrospective study the curative effect of zygomatic arch fracture in 46 patients treated bY micro- incision, miniature plates internal fixation or simple open and manipulative reduction. Results： Two methods had obtained an satisfactory result without obvious complications. Conclusion： Micro-incision, plates internal fixation or simple open and manipulative reduction for treating zygomatic arch fracture is an effective method. It has the advantages of small incision wound, less surgery damage and rapid recovery. And it also can keep the face shape and restore masticatory function without obvious sequel.
