浅谈当代大学生的现实需要及理论回应——以淮阴师范学院调查数据为例

摘　　要：当前大学生普遍关注五种现实需要:政治需要、求知需要、就业需要、心理需要、环境需要。对此应提高教育教学质量,完善就业指导服务体系,开展心理健康教育,加强校园文化建设。根据调研结果,文章亦对大学生现实需要的满足途径给出了初步的理论回应。There are five kinds of factual needs captwring college students＇attention： ponucal neeu~, x^1,,,,,8 needs, employment needs, psychological demand, environmental needs. The solutions are as follows：to improve education quality, to perfect the employment guidance and service system, to carry out psychological health educa- tion, and to strengthen the construction of campus culture. According to the research results, the practical way to meet the factual needs of college students are given in this paper.
