摘 要:目的研究恒牙晚期单侧完全性唇腭裂患者正畸治疗后的鼻部形态变化。方法 21例恒牙晚期单侧完全性唇腭裂患者在正畸治疗前、治疗后分别拍摄X线头颅侧位定位片,通过12个测量参数进行治疗前后的比较分析。数据资料用SPSS13.0软件作统计学处理,治疗前后比较用t检验。结果患者经上颌扩弓和正畸治疗后,鼻背长由(37.0±2.3)mm增加到(41.5±4.2)mm,P<0.05;鼻背深度1由(16.1±1.3)mm增加到(18.3±1.5)mm,P<0.05;鼻背深度2由(18.5±1.9)mm增加到(20.4±2.3)mm,P<0.05;鼻唇角由(66.9±5.6)°增大到(72.2±6.6)°,P<0.05;面型角由(-5.0±2.1)°变为(4.6±3.4)°,P<0.01。结论恒牙晚期单侧完全性唇腭裂患者经过正畸治疗后,患者的鼻部长度及深度增加,鼻部形态改善,患者侧貌更加美观。Objective To investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment on nasal profile of patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate in late permanent dentition.Methods 21 patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate in late permanent dentition were included.Lateral cephalometric films were taken before and after orthodontic treatment.The statistical data were compared and analyzed by SPSS13.0.T test was used to determine the effects of orthodontic treatment on nasal profile.Results After the expansion and orthodontic treatment,the length of nose increased from(37.0±2.3)mm to(41.5±4.2)mm(P0.05),the depth 1 of nose increased from(16.1±1.3)mm to(18.3±1.5)mm(P0.05),the depth 2 of nose increased from(18.5±1.9)mm to(20.4±2.3)mm(P0.05),the nasal-lip angle increased from(66.9±5.6)° to(72.2±6.6)°(P0.05),and the facial angle changed from(-5.0±2.1)° to(4.6±3.4) °(P0.01).Conclusions The nasal profile of patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate in late permanent dentition may be effectively improved by maxillary expansion and orthodontic treatment.
