应力缓压式种植修复体的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究应力缓压式种植修复体在临床上的应用效果,探讨全瓷冠修复体在种植体冠修复的应用方法。方法选择临床30例患者的33颗后牙种植体进行种植后行应力缓压式单颗-螺丝固位-全瓷-种植体支持固定义齿修复,并进行随访、分析。结果经过1年随访,除1例患者因种植体松动导致修复失败外,另29例32颗种植体冠修复效果良好无1例出现瓷裂,崩瓷,螺丝折断,修复体脱落等现象。结论应力缓压式种植修复体取得了满意的修复效果,具有良好的临床应用前景。Objective To study the stress relief pressure kind of implant prosthesis in clinical application and discuss the results of all ceramic crown restorations in the application of implant crowns.Methods 30 patients′ 33 posterior teeth′s implants,after implantation,underwent single stress relief pressure-screw retaining-porcelain-implant-supported tixed denture restoration,and follow-up analysis.Results After one year＇s follow-up,except one restorative failure due to implant loosening,the other 29 cases of 32 implant crowns worked well without cracking,porcelain collapsing,screw fracture,prosthesis off and etc.Conclusions Stress relief pressure kind of implants gets satisfactory results,with good prospects for clinical application.
