摘 要:研究盐酸克伦特罗对小鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响.选健康小鼠,每日以不同剂量的盐酸克伦特罗灌胃,连续用药30d.用比色法检测用药5,10,20,30d后小鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化.结果表明,与对照组比较,盐酸克伦特罗可使小鼠肾脏SOD,CAT,AKP,ACP活性降低,MDA含量升高,具有时间-剂量效应;双因素方差分析表明,剂量因素对结果的影响大于时间因素.盐酸克伦特罗可破坏小鼠肾脏氧化与抗氧化的动态平衡,造成肾脏损伤.To study effects of clenbuterol hydrochloride on antioxidant capacity in the kidney of mice,healthy mice were chosen dealing with daily intragastric administration with different dose of clenbuterol for 30 days.Colorimetry was used to detect the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,alkaline phosphatase,acid phosphatase and the malondialdehyde content at 5,10,20 and 30 days.Compared with the control group,the level of SOD,CAT,ACP and AKP tended to be reduced,while the level of MDA seemed to be elevated.The degree of the changes was in dose and time-dependent effect.Results of Two-Way ANOVA indicated that dose contributed more to clenbuterol-induced kidney damage than treatment time.Clenbuterol could destroy the balance between oxidative stress and anti-oxidative function of mice's kidney,which could result in kidney injury.
