医生责任的伦理分析

摘　　要：医生的责任分为临床责任、科研责任以及健康责任,临床责任包括临床诊断责任和临床决策责任,科研责任包括发展医学技术的责任和医生在医学科研中的责任,医生的健康责任是指医生因其自身掌握的医疗专业知识而对人民负有责任,以及不断完善知识结构,更好地为人民健康负责的义务。医生责任的前瞻性和预防性、整体性和连续性的特点,对单纯强调医生已有的"信念"进行有力补充,有助于预防医患纠纷、和谐医患关系。The doctors＇ responsibility can be divided into clinical responslblhty, sclentmc responsibility, ano health responsibility. The clinical responsibility includes clinical diagnosis responsibility and clinical decision making responsibility; the scientific responsibility includes the responsibility of developing medical technology and the responsibility in the medical research; the health responsibility means the doctors are responsible for people be cause they have the medical knowledge and skills, and also have the obligation to improve them. Through discus sing these responsibilities, the author stressed on the characteristics of perspectiveness and preventability, globality and continuity of the doctor responsibility, which is a strong supplement for only emphasis on the ＂ belief＂ of the doctors, is also helpful in preventing medical disputes and harmonizing the doctor patient relationship.
