摘 要:聚晶金刚石(Polycrystalline Diamond)螺旋刀等具有特殊刃口曲线的PCD木工刀具一般采用电火花数控刃磨,刃磨的路径规划及计算机辅助数控编程等问题是研究重点。首先分析PCD螺旋刀刃口曲线的刃磨原理,建立刃口曲线参数化模型,找出决定刃磨路径精度的关键量,将刃磨问题简化到二维空间。在此基础上,提出基于在线测量的刃口曲线规划刃磨路径的方法,研究保证刃磨精度的控制参量的选取及数控编程节点数值计算方法。在VERICUT仿真环境下,定化其他引起刃磨误差的因素,仿真验证了上述方法能够保证刃磨精度满足预期的设计要求。Electrical Discharge grinding(EDG) with CNC machine tools was commonly used in the sharpening of Polycrystalline diamond(PCD) wood-working tool,especially which had special spiral cutting edges.Primal problems were path planning and computer-aided NC programming,etc.The mathematic model of PCD cutting edge and the sharpening principle analysis were given,for identifying the key parameters that mainly influenced the sharpening accuracy,and the sharpening problem could be reduced into two-dimensional space.Then,proposed a path planning method based on the on-line measurement of the cutting edge,and discussed how to select control parameters of sharpening accuracy and the numerical calculation method for NC programming nodes.In VERICUT simulation environment,fixed the other factors that influenced the sharpening accuracy except the above control parameters,and the simulation results verified that the above method was completely able to meet the designed accuracy requirements.
