过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数变化及其意义

摘　　要：目的 观察过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数变化并探讨其意义.方法 选择60例过敏性紫癜患儿作为观察组,60例健康体检儿童为对照组,采用sysmex 2100血细胞分析仪检测血小板计数（PLT）、大血小板比例（LPCR）、平均血小板体积（MPV）三项指标,进行统计分析.结果 比较发现,观察组大血小板比例和血小板体积明显升高（P〈0.05）,血小板计数无统计学差异（P〉0.05）.结论 血小板功能变化与过敏性紫癜的发病有关,检测PLT、LPCR、MPV能够为疾病治疗及血小板功能评估提供参考.Objective To observe the changes of platelet parameters in children with Henoch - Schonlein purpura（HSP） and explore its significance. Methods Children （60 eases） with HSP as observe group and another 60 cases of healthy children as control group, to analyze the index with the platelet counts（PLT） ,the large platelet ratio（LPCR） and the platelet volume（MPV） by the sysmex 2100 cytoanalyzer. Result In eomparision, the observation group of LPCR and MPV increased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ） ,the PLT has no statistical difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Platelet function changes with the onset of HSP associated. To detect PLT, LPCR, MPV for the treatment of disease and the platelet function assessed with reference.
