摘　　要：针对高等职业教育的课程改革发展趋势，提出基于行动导向的课程开发方案。以宏观的322X开发思路为引领，以岗位所需求的职业技能和职业素质设置学习情境，以“四环理实一体化”方式实施工作任务，基于工作过程系统化进行课程开发与实践。课程的开发与实施很有职业性、实践性和开放性，有利于培养学生的职业技能和职业素养。Aiming at trends in higher vocational education course reform and development, a course development proposal based on action guide is presented. This project takes the broad 322X developing view as its guide, sets learning circumstances according to occupational skills and qualities needed, accomplishes its tasks in a method of theory and practice which include four links, and then based on work process to develop and practice the course. Development and implementation of course has those virtues of occupation, practice and open, and it is helpful for students to train vocational skills and professional ac- complishments.
