摘  要:目的探讨军校医学本科生自我导向学习特点及其影响因素,为军校医学教育教学改革提供参考依据。方法采用自我导向学习倾向修订量表和一般情况调查表,调查某军校128名五年制四年级医学本科生。结果某军校医学本科生自我导向学习能力总平均分为(168.89±17.65)分;学习积极性高、学习能力强者及经常进行阅读与网络学习者的自我导向学习得分更高(P<0.01);自我导向学习总分与学习能力、学习积极性、网络学习、阅读时间、成绩的综合自评等影响因素呈显著正相关(P<0.01);学习能力、网络学习是影响自我导向学习的主要因素(P<0.01)。结论提高军校医学本科生自我导向学习倾向,必须注重学习能力的培养以及对网络的有效利用。Objective To study the self-directed learning characteristics of military medical undergraduates and its influencing factors so as to provide basis for educational and teaching reform at military universities.Methods A total of 128 senior medical undergraduates from a military medical university were surveyed by "the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale" and "Individual General Information Questionnaire".Results The overall mean score of self-directed learning ability was 168.89±17.65.Greater learning initiative and learning ability,more time in reading and online learning led to higher scores(P0.01).The self-directed learning ability had significantly positive correlations with learning ability,learning initiative,online learning,reading time,and students' self-evaluation of comprehensive performance(P0.01).Learning ability and online learning were the main influencing factors(P0.01).Conclusion To improve self-directed learning awareness of medical undergraduates of military medical universities,we must attach importance to the cultivation of students' learning ability and full use of online resources.
