摘 要:采用问卷调查和个别访谈等方法,随机对195名高等医学院校任课教师在教学资源开发利用、教学过程、教学设计及教学评价等方面的信息技术应用情况进行调查,结果表明医学院校任课教师的信息技术应用水平和应用程度存在较大差距,信息化教学应用能力亟待提高。在对调查结果进行全面分析的基础上,提出了切实可行的对策和建议,以期为医学院校推进信息化教学改革与创新提供一定的决策依据和借鉴。By adopting questionnaire and individual interview research methods,195 teachers in medical colleges were investigated on teaching resource development and utilization,teaching process,teaching design and teaching evaluation,and other aspects about the applications of information technology(IT).The results show that there is a larger difference between teachers in medical colleges about the IT application level and degree,and the teachers' application abilities of IT should be improved.Based on the analysis of the result,some feasible countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to promote teaching reform and innovation of informationization,and provide important basis for decision-making and reference in medical colleges.
