摘　　要：城市文化品位的再造与提升离不开厚重的历史文化积淀。邯郸,作为国家级历史文化名城,历史文化符号繁多,内涵丰厚,寓寄着邯郸几千年来的历史文明。历史文化符号所具有的多种功能使得邯郸在现代化进程中,实现历史符号与城市现代文化的对接与传播已是不容遁避的选择。邯郸通过历史文化资源的整合延伸、城市主体文化自尊自信的回归以及城市文化体制的改革创新等诸多途径,城市的文化品位逐步提升。The city’s cultural quality cannot be reconstructed and promoted without the heritage of the history and culture. Handan,as a national historical and cultural city,has a wealth of historical and cultural symbols, which mean the historical civilization of Handan for thousands of years. The historical and cultural symbols have a variety of functions in Handan city modernization. Realizing the communication of the historical symbols and the modern urban culture is a necessary choice. By the integration and extension of the historical and cultural resources,city main culture self-confidence and its return,the city culture system reform and innovation,and many other ways,the historical and cultural city of Handan will gradually improve culture grade of the city.
