西方“植入式”健康体育课程对我国高校体育教学改革与发展的启示

摘　　要：西方国家成功开展的"植入式"健康体育课程有效地调动了学生对运动的参与热情,提升了学生的运动能力,促进了学生社会适应的良好发展。借鉴其理论和模式,采用文献资料分析法和逻辑分析法,针对我国高校体育教学改革提出了合理化建议。The success of western countries＇ ＂implantable＂ health PE curriculum has effectively motivated the students＇ participation in and enthusiasm about sports,improved the students＇ sports ability and promoted the students＇ social adaptation.The paper,based on the concerning theory and mode,suggests the corresponding countermeasures for the reform of PE in Chinese universities through literature data analysis and logic analysis.
