精神病院门诊药房退药分析

摘　　要：目的:对我院门诊药房自2009年7月1日至2010年12月31日的退药处方进行分析,提出解决方法。方法:按申请退药的种类,退药的原因,分别进行统计。结果:自费药品价格太贵为退药主要原因,其次为药物潜在不良反应。结论:提高医院合理用药的整体水平,结合患者的经济情况制定治疗方案,尽可能减少退药情况。Objective：To analyze the reasons of drug - withdraw （2009.7. 1 - 2010.12.31 ） and bing forward of solution. Methods ：The apartment that apploes to withdraw medicine . the reasons and the kind of drug - withdraw were summed up respectively. Results ： the main reason of drug - withdraw was having no more money , the second was ADR. Conclusions ： We should advance the level of the rational use of drugs, establish medical plans in accordence with the economy of patients, and reduce the incidence of drug -withdraw as possible as we can.
