晾晒烟叶模块在烤烟型卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：通过化学及感官指标分析,将库存晾晒烟叶原料分为5个香型种类;基于主成分分析及聚类分析,结合配方经验,组建了晾晒烟叶模块,综合比较认为模块B较优;将模块B按5%的比例添加到红山茶(软)叶组中,烟气分析结果表明,该模块的添加能有效降低焦油及CO含量,增加卷烟浓度、香气丰富性、透发性及甜润感。Air-cured tobacco leaves in stock were classified by five odor types defined by chemical analysis and sensory evaluation. Air-cured tobacco leaf~ modules were established based on primary component analysis and cluster analysis, as well as blend experience, and module B was recognized as the best after synthetic comparison. Adding module B into Hongshancha （soft） formula by 5% resulted in lower tar and CO, better richness and flavor and sweetness.
