摘  要:改进型广义预测控制是在自适应控制的研究中发展起来的新型预测控制算法。它保留的广义预测控制的基本特征和优点,但算法更加简单、计算量小,有较强的鲁棒性,且易于在线估计参数,实现自适应控制。火电厂锅炉燃烧系统是一个复杂的时变动态过程,有多个控制回路,具有很强的非线性、强耦合、大滞后、强干扰等特性,针对火电厂锅炉燃烧系统的特点将改进型预测控制应用于锅炉燃烧系统控制中,仿真实验表明,改进型预测控制具有较强的适应性和较高的控制精度,提高了系统的燃烧效率,很好地实现了锅炉燃烧控制的维持主蒸汽压力不变、保证燃烧的经济性和维持炉膛负压在一定范围内的控制任务,是一种有效的控制方法。The improved generalized predictive control (JGPC) is another new predictive control algorithm that was developed in research of self-adaption control. It retains basic features and advantages of the generalized predictive control, but the algorithm is more simple, and amount of calculation is small, it has strong robustness, easy to estimate parameters on-line and realize adaptive control. The boiler system is a complex time-varying dynamic process with multiple control loops, it has characteristic of strong non-linear, strong coupling, large delay, strong interference. Considering the characteristic of the boiler, JGPC method is then developed. The simulation results show that the JGPC has strong adaptability and high control accuracy, improves the combustion efficiency of the system, it achieves a good control of the boiler that maintains main steam pressure, guarantees the combustion economy and maintains the negative pressure in a certain range.
