摘　　要：先天性心脏病是最常见的出生缺陷性疾病,严重危害婴幼儿健康。心脏发育过程中控制发育的基因突变是先天性心脏病的常见原因。近年来,越来越多的研究表明Islet1基因在心脏早期发育过程中起着至关重要的作用,该基因的突变或多态性可导致先天性心脏病的发生,现就近年来Islet1基因与先天性心脏病关系的研究进展做一综述。Congenital heart disease is the most common birth defect.Recent studies have shown that the Islet1 gene plays a crucial role in the early development of the heart.A mutation of this gene can lead the occurrence of congenital heart disease.This article summarizes recent research that examines the link between congenital heart disease and Islet1.
