摘 要:介绍了有源功率因数校正电路的三种boost拓扑方案——硬开关、无源软开关和有源软开关,并采用三种拓扑分别研制了4 kW功率因数校正装置,对三种拓扑方案做了效率、谐波畸变率、功率因数、EMI测试,对比分析测试结果,总结了各自的优缺点,对三种拓扑的适用场合给出了建议。将研究的有源功率因数校正装置应用于单相逆变焊接电源,并在实际焊接情况下对电源进行了输入性能测试,结果表明所测装置性能良好,整个焊接过程中输入电流连续变化,呈正弦波状,能够跟随负载的波动实时响应,完全达到了功率因素校正的目的。A brief description and analysis are introduced for three boost topology solutions,including hard switching,passive soft switching and active soft-switching of active power factor correction circuit,Using three topology developed 4 kW power factor correction device,do the tests for efficiency,harmonic distortion,power factor,EMI with the three topology programs and have a comparative analysis of test results,summarize their advantages and disadvantages,give the proposal where they apply.This studies about the active power factor correction device of the paper used in single-phase inverter welding power source,do the test for the input performance of power source in the case of the actual welding,the results showed good performance of the measured device,the current is continuous changes with sinusoida wave during the welding process,be able to real time response following load fluctuations,fully meet the power factor correction purposes.
