摘  要:介绍80C196KC单片机在脉冲MIG焊机中的应用。根据MIG焊机特点,80C196KC单片机主要完成A/D转换、PI控制、焊接过程中的时序控制、故障处理、参数预置、参数显示、PWM以及数据采集等功能。通过脉宽调制芯片SG3525和IGBT专用驱动芯片EXB841配合来驱动IGBT;通过MOSFET的开关电源来调节送丝速度。采用离散的增量型PI算法对采样电流值和给定电流值进行PI控制,其结果经过D/A转换后改变IGBT的输出脉宽,最终得到恒电流脉冲。焊机整机测试静特性动特性,结果表明焊机性能良好,达到预期目标。The application of the 80C196KC MCU which used in pulse MIG welder is presented In this paper.According to the characteristics of the MIG welder,the main functions of the 80C196KC MCU were:PI control,A/D conversion,the control of the welding process,the treatment of troubles,the initialization and display of parameters,PWM and the data collection and so on.With the coordinating of the PWM chip SG3525 and dedicated IGBT drive chip EXB841 to drive the IGBT,the wire feeding speed adjusted via the switch power of MOSFET.Based on the discrete incremental PI algorithm to regulate the sampling current and the given current,its result was used to change pulse-width of IGBT after D/A convert and finally get constant current pulse.The test of static and dynamic characteristics shows that the properties of the welder reached the goal.
