摘　　要：针对高校科技期刊存在的论文抄袭、剽窃、篡改以及侵吞他人学术成果等不端行为,文章从社会经济体制、高校学术评价体系、社会监管和期刊编辑出版迟滞等方面分析了产生学术不端现象的主要成因,提出了高校科技期刊在编辑出版过程中应完善稿件审核机制、加强编辑职业道德等预防学术不端行为的具体对策。Nowadays, plagiarism is one of the most serious academic misconducts. This paper holds that the social eco- nomic system, academic appraisal system, social supervision and delayed publishing are the roots to lead to these aca- demic misconducts. Therefore, it comes up with some specific countermeasures like to perfect the reviewing system and to enhance the editors＇ professional morality to fight against these academic misconducts.
