摘　　要：目的:提高对纵隔内胚窦瘤CT表现的认识。方法:回顾性分析11例经病理学证实的纵隔内胚窦瘤的临床和CT资料。结果:11例病灶CT平扫均表现为实性肿块,8例肿块表现为不均质密度,3例表现为均质密度。9例增强CT扫描表现为中-高度不均匀强化,其中5例表现为周边部的不规则线状及网状强化。结论:纵隔内胚窦瘤的CT表现虽具有恶性肿瘤的特点,但缺乏特异性,确诊有赖于病理学检查。Purpose： To study the CT features of mediastinum endodermal sinus tumor. Methods：Eleven cases of pathological confirmed mediastinum endodermal sinus tumors were retrospectively analyzed. The CT image data and clinical materials were analyzed. Results： The lesions were shown as solid masses in all 11 cases. The density of the lesions was homogeneous in 8 cases and inhomogeneous in 3 cases. On post contrasted CT, 9 cases of the tumors were mildly - heavily inhomogeneously enhanced, and 5 of them were with linear or reticular enhancement. Conclusion： The features of mediastinum endodermal sinus tumor have the characteristics of malignant tumor, but lack of specificity. The diagnosis of it de- pen（is on the pathological examination.
