全程情感抚触交流在剖宫产术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全程情感抚触交流在剖宫产术中的效果。方法:将158例剖宫产手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各79例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组整个术中全程实施情感抚触交流,比较两组产妇在切皮、取胎儿、关腹前疼痛评分、焦虑程度、生命体征的变化、患者满意度等。结果:观察组疼痛评分、焦虑值明显低于对照组,生命体征明显优于对照组(均P<0.05),患者满意度为100%。结论:全程情感抚触交流有助于缓解剖宫产患者术中的疼痛与焦虑,能维持生命体征的稳定,提高手术患者满意度。Objective：To study the effect of emotional communication with touching in the whole procedure of cesarean section.Methods：158 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,including the observation group and the control group,each having 79 cases.In the control group,cases were dealed with routine care,while cases in the observation group were dealed with emotional communication with touching in the whole procedure.Pain score,anxiety,changes in vital signs,satisfaction of patients were compared at the begining of skin incision,the time of taking the fetus and closing the abdomen.Results： Pain score,anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,changes in physical symptoms was significantly better than control group patients（all P0.05）,percentage of satisfaction in observation was 100%.Conclusion： Emotional communication with touching in the whole procedure of cesarean section helps relieve pain and anxiety,stabilize physical symptoms and improve satisfaction of surgical patients.Improve surgical patient satisfaction.
