摘  要:公共体育教师专业化发展是时代的要求和趋势,文章首先分析了高校公共体育教师专业化发展的内涵和必要性。在回顾总结我国高校公共体育教师培训进修发展状况的基础上,借助高等教育学和高校管理学理论探索专业化发展的价值与途径。结论认为,在理念上要从被动地接受"培训",转变为教师主动谋求发展,强调教师的主观能动性。政府和教育管理部门要规范管理,措施配套,有效地激励教师积极主动地参加进修;同时组织开发优质教育培训资源,为高校公共体育教师的自主学习进修提供多样化的形式和项目,逐步构建终身学习体系,不断提升其专业化发展水平。Specialization development for P.E.teachers is the time request and the tendency.At first,this article analyzes specialization development of university P.E teacher connotation and the necessity.On the basis of review about the college P.E teacher training and continuing education development situation,we explore the specialization development of values and approaches by aid of higher education and universities management theory.The conclusion believes that the concept must transforms from "training",namely by the external government or organizations and agencies execution stipulation training,to "the teacher develops"(faculty development),which respects the teacher independency.Government and education sector should standardize management and design supporting measures to effectively motivate teachers to actively participate in continuing education;at the same time,they should develop high quality education training and provides multi-channel independent learning and continuing education,diversification of the forms and projects for physical education teachers,and gradually build a lifelong learning system,and constantly improve the level of their specialization development.
