摘　　要：目的观察评价CT血管成像(CTA)在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)中的应用价值。方法观测分析60例行CTA检查的TIA患者颅内外血管病变情况,并依据病变情况给予个体化治疗,随访转归情况,与同期60例未行CTA检查及个体化治疗的TIA患者转归情况对比。结果 CTA可清楚检测TIA患者血管病变情况并指导患者个体化治疗,CTA组TIA患者2周及1年缓解率明显高于对照组(均P<0.01),复发率(均P<0.05)及梗死率(P<0.05或0.01)明显低于对照组。结论 CTA技术在TIA患者的病变检测分析、指导治疗及预后判断中可发挥重要作用,值得临床推广。Objective To observe and analysis the application value of CTA in TIA.Methods The extracranial and intracranial vascular lesions of 60 TIA patients with CTA were observed and analyzed,and they were given the individual treatment based on the results of CTA,followed up their outcomes,which compared with the same period 60 cases without CTA examination and individual treatment.Results CTA could detect vascular lesions in patients with TIA and guided the individual treatment.Moreover,the remission rate in 2 weeks and in 1 year of patients with TIA in CTA group was significantly higher than that of the control group（all P 0.01）,at the same time,the relapse rate（all P 0.05） and the infarction rate（P 0.05,P 0.01） of CTA group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of CTA plays an important role in the detection and analysis of lesion in TIA patient,which can guide the treatment and prognosis,and is worthy of promotion.
