摘 要:采用紫甘薯色素水溶液对羊毛织物进行直接染色,通过正交试验和单因素分析,考察了pH值、染料质量浓度、温度、时间等因素对上染百分率、色差及抑菌率的影响。确定了羊毛织物最佳的抗菌染色一浴工艺为:染料质量浓度7 g/L,pH值4,温度80℃,时间45 min,浴比1∶30。结果表明,采用紫甘薯色素染色的羊毛织物不仅具有较好的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度,并有较高的抑菌率,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率可达98%。Purple sweet potato pigment was used to dye wool fabrics by direct dyeing method. Influences of factors such as pH value, dye concentration, temperature and time on dyeing rate, color difference and bacteriostatic rate were investigated. The optimum antibacterial dyeing process parameterswere determined through orthogonal experiment and single factor analysis. The optimum dyeing conditions were as follows: dyeing concentration 7 g/L, pH value 4, bath temperature 80 ℃, dyeing time 45 min and bath ratio 1 : 30. Results showed that wool fabrics not only obtained good colorfastness to washing andcrocking but also obtained high bacteriostatic rate after dyeing, the bacteriostatic rate on staphylococcus aureus can amount to 98%.
