摘　　要：以11所"985"高校图书馆为样本,通过非介入式调查(包括图书馆实地考察、网站调研、图书馆发现系统调查)对各个图书馆资源整合的现状和问题进行调研,并采取访谈法获取这些高校图书馆领导层对资源整合的策略、态度和看法。对"985"高校图书馆资源整合的系统梳理对我国其他高校图书馆资源整合工作具有很强的指导意义。Taking eleven ＂985＂ university libraries as samples, the authors find out the current status of the integration of library resources and the existing problems by using non-reactive investigation, and then probe their strategies, attitudes and thoughts regarding to integration of library resources by in-depth interviewing with these libraries＇ leaders. Systematic summary of the integration of library resources has the guiding significance for those university libraries who are working on integration of library resources.
