艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效。方法将55例老年多发性骨髓瘤患者随机分为治疗组(28例)和对照组(27例),治疗组应用艾迪注射液联合VAD方案,对照组单用VAD方案,4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后行近期疗效评价。比较两组的疗效、不良反应及对患者生活质量的影响。结果治疗组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为67.86%及62.96%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应减少,生活质量提高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗老年多发性骨髓瘤有效,不良反应少,在改善患者生活质量方面有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Aidi Injection combined with VAD in the treatment of elderly multiple myeloma.Methods 55 patients with elderly multiple myelomas were randomly divided into the treatment group（28 patients） and the control group（27 patients）.The treatment group received Aidi Injection combined with VAD,while the control group received VAD alone,with 4 weeks as 1 course.The recent curative effects after 3 courses were evaluated.The curative effects,adverse reactions and impact on patients’ quality of life were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 67.86% and 62.96% respectively,with no statistically significant difference（P 〉 0.05）;for the treatment group,the adverse reactions reduced and the quality of life improved,with statistically significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Aidi Injection combined with VAD is effective in the treatment of elderly multiple myelomas,has few adverse reactions,and shows good curative effects in improving patients’ quality of life,thereby worthy of clinical application
