摘　　要：试验选择健康的28日龄断奶三元杂交仔猪(杜×长×大)96头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪。研究不同添加水平0(对照组),0.05%,0.1%,0.2%的女贞子萃取物(LLE)对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化功能及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同水平LLE有提高断奶仔猪日增重、采食量,降低料重比的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%LLE,均能在一定程度上改善仔猪组织和血清的抗氧化功能。(3)饲粮中添加0.2%LLE可显著提高断奶仔猪血清葡萄糖(GLU)水平(P<0.05),反映其可促进糖类吸收,改善糖代谢。This trial was conducted to study the effect of different levels（0,0.05 %,0.1 %,0.2 %） of ligustrum lucidum extract（LLE） on growth performance,antioxidation and serum biochemical parameters in weaned piglets.Ninety-six crossbred（Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire） healthy weaned piglets were randomly assigned to four treatments with four replications per treatment and 6 weaned piglets per replication.The results showed that：（1） Compared to control group,adding differert levels of LLE to diet had the trend of improving the daily gain,the daily feed intake,and decreasing the F/G.（2） Antioxidation of tissue and serum had been improved by adding different levels（0.05 %,0.1 %,0.2 %） of LLE to diet.（3） Adding 0.2 %LLE to diet could significantly improve the level of serum GLU（P 0.05）,which indicated that LLE could promote carbohydrate absorption and improve glucose metabolism.
