摘　　要：随着乳腺癌诊疗水平的不断进步,乳腺癌患者的生存期明显延长,在其病程中,发生远处转移的几率逐渐上升。近年来,随着医学影像学、计算机技术及放射物理学的快速发展,放射治疗技术取得了革命性的进步。精确放疗在减少正常组织损伤的同时最大限度提高了转移病灶的局部控制,使得放射治疗在转移性乳腺癌中的应用受到越来越多的关注。With the continuous progress of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, the survival of breast cancer is signif- icantly prolonged, in its duration, the occurrence of distant metastasis increases. In recent years, as the rapid development of medical imaging, computer technology and radiation physics, the radiation therapy technology has made revolutionary progress. Precision radiotherapy is reducing damage to normal tissue while maximizingly improves local control of metas- tases, making radiation therapy more and more attention in metastatic breast cancer.
