摘　　要：目的探讨案例导学式教学法在专科临床医学专业生物化学教学中的应用。方法选取2009级临床医学专业两个教学班作为实验班和对照班,实验班采用案例导学式教学法,对照班采用传统的"以授课为基础的学习"教学法。通过问卷调查、考试成绩评价教学效果。结果案例导学式教学法更能促进学生自主学习和职业能力的培养,提高了教学效果。结论案例导学式教学法是一种适用于专科生物化学教学的有效教学方法。Objective To study the application of case-based teaching method in biochemistry teaching for college students majoring in clinical medicine. Methods 2 classes were enrolled from 2009 grade clinical medicine major; case-based teaching method was adopted for the experimental class while traditional lecture-based method for the control class. The learning effects,were evaluated by questionnaire and according to exam scores. Results Case based teaching method may activate automatic learning, benefit the development of vocational ability and improve learning effects. Conclusion Case based tea6hing method is an effective teaching method suitable for biochemistry teaching in college.
