综合疗法治疗神经衰弱临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合疗法治疗神经衰弱的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月~2011年8月来我院就诊的神经衰弱患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均给予劳拉西泮2 mg治疗,每日3次,观察组在此基础上,给予重复经颅磁刺激,每日1次,20次为1个疗程,同时辅助心理治疗。观察两组治疗神经衰弱的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为60.00%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用综合疗法治疗神经衰弱疗效显著,不良反应少,具有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive treatment for neurasthenia.Methods 60 cases of patients with neurasthenia in our hospital from January 2009 to August 2011 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 30 cases.Two groups were given Lorazepam 2 mg treatment,3 times a day,and on the basis of the treatment,observation group was given the repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（r TMS）therapy,once a day,20 times as a course,meanwhile psychotherapy was assisted.Clinical treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% of the observation group,the effective rate was 60.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy is an effective treatment for neurasthenia,which has less adverse reactions and high clinical value.
