C-ski、转化生长因子-β_1蛋白表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨C-ski、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在口腔鳞状癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测48例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织和20例口腔正常黏膜组织中C-ski、TGF-β1蛋白的表达情况,并分析C-ski蛋白表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌患者临床病理特征的关系以及C-ski、TGF-β1两者的相关性。结果在正常口腔黏膜组织、口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中,C-ski蛋白表达阳性率分别为40%(8/20)、75%(36/48),两者比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),TGF-β1蛋白表达阳性率分别为30%(6/20)、68.8%(33/48),两者比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中C-ski蛋白的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌组织的浸润深度、细胞分化程度、肿瘤分期均无相关性,而与有无淋巴结转移相关(χ2=5.807,P=0.018);C-ski蛋白表达与TGF-β1蛋白表达呈正相关(r=9.341,P=0.002)。结论 C-ski可能作为一个潜在癌基因,在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中上调表达参与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展。Objective To investigate the expression and relevance of C-ski and transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Protein expression of C-ski and TGF-β1 of 48 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 20 cases of normal oral mucosa were examined with immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between C-ski protein expression and clinicopathological features of oral squamous cell carcinoma and the correlation between C-ski and TGF-β1 were also analyzed.Results In normal oral mucosa and oral squamous cell carcinoma,C-ski protein expression rates were 40%（8/20） and 75%（36/48） respectively,and TGF-β1 protein expression rates were 30%（6/20） and 68.8%（33/48） respectively.The differences were statistically significant（P 0.01）.In oral squamous cell carcinoma,C-ski protein expression was not correlated with either degree of cell differentiation,depth of invasion or disease stage,but was correlated with lymph node metastasis（χ2 = 5.807,P = 0.018）;Spearman correlation coefficient analysis showed that C-ski and TGF-β1 protein expression were positively correlated（r = 9.341,P = 0.002）.Conclusion C-ski may serve as a potential oncogene that increases expression in the development and progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
