海洋经济特色的高职职业文化探究——以浙江国际海运职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职职业文化是高等职业教育在产学结合、校企合作的基础上形成的适合高职院校内涵建设的区域文化,是企业文化和校园文化的相互磨合与融合的产物。"浙江海洋经济"和"浙江舟山群岛新区"纳入了国家区域发展总体战略,构建海洋经济特色的高职职业文化,推进高职教育和海洋经济的深度融合,能更好地培养海洋经济发展急需的高技能人才,也有利于提升涉海类高职院校的职业核心竞争力。Higher vocational culture is the regional culture developed on the basis of the college-industry alliance and cooperation proper for the connotation construction of vocational colleges, which is the product mixed and merged from the industry culture and the campus culture. With ＂Zhejiang Ocean Economy＂ and ＂The New District of Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago＂ having been taken account of as the national development strategy, it is highly demanding to develop higher vocational culture with a feature of ocean economy and push forward the combination of higher education and ocean economy, which will make for cultivating high-level skilled talents and upgrading the core competitiveness of maritime vocational colleges.
