摘 要:近年来我国房地产产业正不断发展,房地产业作为一个高投入、高回报、高风险的行业,其投资过程中面临着各种各样的风险因素。投资环境作为其中重要的因素直接影响着投资项目的成功。本文在基于支持向量机回归算法的理论基础上建立投资环境风险评估模型,并对模型进行实证分析。评估模型的建立将有助于房地产投资风险的控制和管理。In recent years, China's real estate industry has been constantly and fast developmenting. The real estate industry as a high investment, high risk and high return of the industry faced all kinds of risk factors in the course of investment. The investment environment factors as one important factors directly affect investment project success. This paper based on the theory of support vector machine regression established the risk assessment model of investment environment, and then analyse the model of empirical analysis. Building the risk assessment model will help control and management real estate investment risk.
