显色反应鉴别乳化汽轮机油表面活性物质类型

摘　　要：表面活性物质的存在是引起汽轮机油破乳化度不合格的关键因素。通过用显色法测定某电厂乳化汽轮机油中的表面活性物质 ,确定其类型为烷基甜菜碱型两性表面活性剂。因此 ,向该油品中添加对抗性表面活性剂 。Existence of surfactant in turbine oil is the most important factor that leads to unqualified demulsification of turbine oil.This paper introduces a principle of surfactant discrimination in trubine oil by chromogetic reaction.By using the chromogetic reaction,the surfactant in turbine oil in one Chinese power plant was detemined as amphoteric alkyl betaine.Whth adding of inverse surfactant into the turbine oil,a satisfactory result was obatined.
