摘　　要：介绍了基于CC-2000支撑平台的东北电网EMS应用软件中负荷预测软件的各项功能、数据库和人机界面的设计,以及负荷预测与其它应用软件的接口。针对东北电网的实际情况,在完善人机界面、维护历史数据方面做了大量工作。A load forecasting software of CC 2000 based EMS application package is presented. The load forecasting functions, design of database and man machine interface, interface with generation schedule, AGC and power flow in Northeast China Power System are also described. Considering the special condition of Northeast China Power System, a lot of efforts have been done in the improvement of man machine interface and the maintenance of historical load data. At present, the on line and real time running of this load forecasting software has been implemented in actual operation.
