摘　　要：高校班主任在大学生思想政治教育和成长成才中发挥了十分积极的作用,但还存在着队伍不稳定、精力投入不足、结构不合理等问题。本文针对班主任的现状,从班主任自我完善、班团干部管理、学生副班主任使用、特殊学生帮扶、奖助学金配置、档案管理等方面进行了思考研究。College class has played a very active role in the ideological political education and the growth success,but there is a little problem,such as team instability,lack of plunging into energy;the irrational structure.This article has some research to aim at the current situation of class teacher,from self-improvement of class teacher,cadre management of the class and group,students deputy class teacher,help the special student,set up scholarships,file management and other aspects of thinking.
