摘　　要：目的:探讨实时超声对阑尾周围脓肿的诊断价值。方法:对46例经手术病理证实为阑尾周围脓肿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其超声特点。结果:超声表现为阑尾区低无回声或混合性回声包块,其中25例阑尾腔内有粪石;19例阑尾周边有积液;11例肠间隙及右侧髂窝可见积液;15例阑尾区周边腰大肌、软组织伴发增厚;8例阑尾区腹膜增粗增厚;6例阑尾邻近肠腔扩张形成完全性或不全肠梗阻。结论:实时超声在阑尾周围脓肿的检查中具有重要的诊断价值。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of real-time ultrasonography for peripheral abscess of appendix. Methods： The clinical data of 46 patients with pathologically confirmed peripheral abscess of appendix receiving real-time ultrasonography in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed to determine their ultrasonographic features. Results： The ultrasonic manifestations of the appendiceal area were no echo or mixed echo masses at the low position. Appendiceal lumen bezoar was found in 25 cases, effusion surrounding vermiform appendix in 19, visible effusioin in intestinal clearance and right iliac fossa in 11, Psoas major muscle and soft tissue thickening surrounding the appendix in 15, appendix peritoneal thickening in 8 and appendix adjacent bowel distension forming a complete or incomplete intestinal obstruction in 6. Conclusion： Real-time ultrasonography is of important diagnostic value for peripheral abscess of appendix examination.
