摘  要:以野生卷丹百合、兰州百合为材料,测定D-101大孔树脂纯化处理前后的总黄酮含量,并比较卷丹百合、芦丁和兰州百合的抗氧化能力。结果表明,用D-101大孔树脂纯化处理前后卷丹百合中总黄酮含量分别为2.187 9和1.723 4 mg/g,兰州百合在纯化前后总黄酮含量分别为1.650 6和1.326 3 mg/g。卷丹百合总黄酮对O2-.、.OH和DPPH都有良好的清除能力且清除效果强于芦丁及兰州百合,表现为:①当提取物质量浓度达到4.00 g/L时,对O2-.的清除率达到89.64%,比同质量浓度芦丁与兰州百合分别高出70.58%和2.57%;②当提取物质量浓度达到2.40 g/L时,对.OH的清除率为62.83%,而同质量浓度芦丁与兰州百合分别为35.68%和25.35%;③当提取物质量浓度达到1.00 g/L时,对DPPH的清除率为47.45%,在同质量浓度下分别比芦丁与兰州百合高出6.82和7.39个百分点。This paper,taking the wild Lilium lancifolium as the study material,mainly dealt with the antioxidant ability of flavonoids from L.lancifolium after purification by using D-101 macroporous resin,compared to the abilities of Rutin and those from L.davidii var.unicolor.It was shown that approximately 2.187 9 mg/g of total flavonoids were contained in L.lancifolium,and approximately 1.723 4 mg/g after purification,with a recovery percent of 78.77%;the scavenging effects of L.lancifolium against O2-·,·OH and DPPH were evident and stronger than those of Rutin and L.davidii var.unicolor:(i) when purified flavonoids mass concentration got to 4.00 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of L.lancifolium against O2-· peaked at 89.64%,70.58% and 2.57% higher than Rutin and L.davidii var.unicolor at the same mass concentration respectively;(ii) as the concentration went up to 2.40 g/L,the scavenging rate against ·OH reached 62.83%,while 35.68% and 25.35% for Rutin and L.davidii var.unicolor at the same mass concentration respectively;(iii) the scavenging rate against DPPH was 47.45% with the concentration of purified flavonoids of 1.00 g/L,6.82 and 7.39 points more than Rutin and L.davidii var.unicolor at the same concentration respectively.
