两型社会的可持续发展概念模型研究

摘　　要：当前,资源节约型和环境友好型社会作为实现一个国家、一个地区可持续发展的模式已逐渐成为全社会的共识,但由于两型社会提出时间较短,理论研究和具体实践均有待于进一步完善和改进。本研究通过简化的内生增长模型对两型社会的可持续发展本质进行抽象与分析,并以两型社会生产消费系统、环境支持系统二元体系为基础,引入真实储蓄率、生态足迹和时空变量作为函数,以区域可持续发展机制为核心,以实现人类最大福祉为目标,建立了两型社会可持续发展概念模型。Currently,it has been generally accepted that the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society is a way to achieve the national and regional sustainable development.However,the concept of the two-type society has been put forward recently,we need time to improve and perfect it both in theory and practice.In this study,a simplified endogenous growth-oriented model is used to abstract and analyze the nature of sustainable development of the two-type society;the social production and consumption systems and the environment support system are used as binary system.The true savings rate,the ecological overload,and time and space variable are chosen as the function.The core is the regional sustainable development mechanism.The goal is to achieve maximum well-being of humanity.Therefore,the conceptual model is put forward for the sustainable development of the twotype society.
